And So It Begins...

Could there be a better day to start a blog than April 1st? I figure that if this all doesn't work out, I can just call it an April Fool's Day joke, and I've lost nothing in the experience!

But, something tells me this will all be a good thing. It's something I've been wanting to do for quite some time. Write about food, share my opinion- and hope that others want to read it!

So, what can you expect to get out of reading this blog? Well, you'll always get my true opinion- whether it's about the food, the restaurant itself, or the experience. I'll tell it to you just as I would want to be told. I'm not big on dumbing things down. So, with that said, I hope you read and enjoy, and come back frequently. I love to eat, whether it's at a restaurant, my home, or a friends, and I can't wait to tell you about my experiences.
